Stephanie Hunter

I have been with the Renea S. Rowland Agency since December 18, 2000 where I started out as a CSR. After working with Renea for 1 year, I became a writing agent for auto and home insurance. After a couple of years, I became the Office Manager for the Belton Branch. My job includes but is not limited to:  writing auto, boat, motorcycle, home, tenant, umbrella, camper, and atv's insurance policies, filing and handling claims issues, handling billing questions and problems, taking payments, making changes on policies to benefit my clients, and being there for my clients when a problem does arise.  I also make sure that the office runs smoothly and that all of our clients are treated right.  I always strive to give the"Best Customer Service" that I can.  My clients are my family, and I treat them that way.  I do appreciate every client that I have.  I can honestly say that I love my job and what I do.
